Sales and Business Development Manager

We are looking for a dynamic individual to drive business growth across the Nordics and the rest of the EEA.


The opportunity involves joining a new and agile sales team, working with prospects, partners, and internal teams to solve problems and win new business while creating new sales strategies, assets, and processes to allow us to build for the future.

Your focus will be on selling our banking as a service solutions which incorporates our card issuing platform and card acquiring functionality, hence prior knowledge of the card industry would be beneficial for this role (although not mandatory).

We enable our non-regulated customers to avoid licensing requirements and get to market quickly by using our fully regulated APIs to either act as a Fintech / Neobank, or build financial services such as Card Programs, Marketplaces, or Payment Gateways, in their chosen markets.


Responsibilities

  • Grow revenues by winning new business

  • Effectively communicate the Intergiro value proposition by focusing on a solution-based sales process for our banking as a service solutions

  • Leverage your existing network to attract prospective customers

  • Create new sales opportunities through partnerships with third parties

  • Use your customer and market insights to help to identify expansion opportunities, new product verticals and contribute towards sales and marketing strategies

  • Input into sales processes to create a seamless customer journey through the funnel

Job requirements

  • Passionate about creating value for customers and being part of a high performing team in a quickly evolving industry

  • 3 years+ sales or account management experience in financial services and/or technology, preferably with card program experience or knowledge of the cards industry.

  • A technical aptitude with experience in communicating effectively at all levels

  • A strong commercial acumen with good organizational skills

  • Interests outside of work with evidence of having achieved a goal to fulfill one of your passions

  • Fluency in English is mandatory. Fluency in Swedish would be an advantage.
