Job description

We are looking for a talented Fintech Recruiter in Stockholm with demonstrable experience in building a tech company from start-up to scale-up. You will be working closely with Team leads and HR to find ambitious and talented people to all our teams.

Role responsibilities

  • Have ownership of the full recruiting process and systems including headhunting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring while ensuring a positive candidate experience

  • Contribute and improve our recruiting process including employee onboarding and offboarding including assisting in other areas of the Intergiro employee lifecycle

  • Build and own the strategy to recruit at a high volume, high quality and fast pace in collaboration with all stakeholders

  • Act as the first point of contact for candidates and communicate the Intergiro vision

  • Facilitate and have ownership of a strong candidate base for future needs

Job requirements

  • Agency or relevant In-House experience in building and hiring tech & corporate teams and talent acquisition/headhunting (+2 years)

  • Knowledge and genuine interest in the Fintech/Banking/Tech industry/ organisational design and peoples operations

  • Deep understanding of the recruitment landscape and complexity of global talent markets/remote hiring

  • Ability to communicate effectively and concisely with candidates, team leads and HR throughout the recruitment process

  • Results driven with proven experience recruiting top talent at scale

  • Love for problem solving: work with data to make strategic and tactical decisions

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment

  • Fluency in English
