We are looking for an Onboarding Analyst to join our onboarding team, that takes care of all new customers joining our company. In this role, you’ll be responsible for assuring they receive a smooth onboarding experience while paying close attention to all required documentation and regulations.

Provide our customers with a smooth onboarding experience, while ensuring compliance with requirements and regulations
Manage new applications and the onboarding stages for corporate customers, such as verify legal documentation (KYC) screening,
Analyze customer data and collaborate with our Risk and Compliance teams
Provide a variety of support services to the Corporate Banking business
Analyze the nature of the business to identify CDD requirements
Collect and analyze all CDD applicable documentation delivered by the relevant clients/ business partners
Screen legal and natural persons against relevant international databases
Continuously work to improve the processes linked to customer onboarding and the quality of what the team delivers
Participate in other projects/initiatives as needed
Experience in customer onboarding including knowledge of AML/KYC and GDPR (preferably more than 1 year)
Experience from customer service and onboarding at Bank/Financial Institution
Knowledge of Banking product functionality including SWIFT & SEPA
Strong communication and an excellent service-minded skillset
A structured way of working with an analytical mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
Fluency in English
