You will be responsible for
Your main tool will be communication - one on one’s, group sessions, retrospectives and team building.
Your main goal will be to keep everyone in the team healthy, motivated and engaged. Help investigating and resolving internal friction.
You will play an important role in growing the team in the Spanish branch actively participating in the recruitment process.
Together with engineering leaders you will help your team with their career vision and growth, conduct performance and salary reviews.
Your main metrics are satisfactory review score - how happy/productive/secure everyone feels inside the team/organisation.
Your job is to understand the way the team works and collaborates with other teams/services/3rd parties/customers and seek for growth points.
Relying on your wide experience in software development and people management and using additional experience gained in the role, you will seek opportunities to improve the way the team operates on all levels of SDLC.
You should always challenge your team to become a better version of themselves.
Your main metrics are - features, time to market, number of production incidents and bugs, customer satisfaction.
Note: Delivery responsibility stays within the team - Product manager is responsible for “What and Why” and Technical Lead for “How and When”.
