Main responsibilities

• Provide our customers with a smooth onboarding experience, while at the same time ensure compliance with set requirements and regulations
• Manage new applications and the onboarding stages for corporate customers, such as verify legal documentation (KYC) screening and account maintenance
• Analyze customer data and collaborate with our Risk and Compliance teams
• Continuously work to improve the processes linked to customer onboarding and the quality in what the team delivers
