You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring quality of the systems and related infrastructure in all aspects: development, maintenance, security, performance, UAT.

  • Defining and communicating automation and manual QA strategies, approach, and execution across the whole business while being able to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.

  • Personally contributing to the automation frameworks and infrastructure in the company by improving the tooling, defining the best practise and reviewing the code of other engineers.

  • Recruiting and mentoring quality assurance specialists.

  • Establishing and implementing metrics to monitor the effectiveness of the QA system in order to make informed product quality decisions.

Job requirements

To be successful in this role you need:

  • 5+ years of manual and automation testing (production/real) experience: web, api.

  • 2+ years of experience in managing/leading QA teams and processes

  • Strong technical background in QA infrastructure and test automation

  • Proficiency in QA methodologies, software testing principles, concepts, verification/validation techniques, and test management

  • People management, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Remote work experience

  • English level: fluent written and spoken


  • JavaScript knowledge

  • Experience working with distributed systems in the cloud

  • Experience with DevOps/CI-CD
